1. Scope of the business conditions

madelove´s delivery, offer and contractual terms will be based solely on the following terms and conditions, regardless if the purchase contract was entered in writing, in person, by telephone or via internet/e-mail.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The product offers displayed on www.madelove.info, www.madelove-shop.com, www.madelove-babywear.com and www.madelove.biz are not to be considered as contractually binding as they are conditional to the availability of the products at the time of the order.

A valid contract between madelove and the customer is given at the time of express confirmation of the customers` order by madelove (via letter, fax or email).

3. Right of revocation

Customers of madelove are entitled to revoke the contract, without giving reasons, within two weeks in writing, e.g. by sending a letter, fax or e-mail (contact@madelove.info).

The period shall commence as soon as the customer becomes aware of this right of revocation. The period for exercising the right of revocation shall be deemed complied with if the contract is revoked in writing or the product returned in due time. The revocation, assigned with your name, address, bank data and your order number must be send to:

In the event of an effective revocation, goods received must be returned. The customer is obliged to return the received products in complete (all labels) and unused with the original invoice. In the case of exercising the revocation right, the customer is obliged to pay the return costs.

If the customer cannot return the received goods in whole or in part, or can only return them in a damaged state, madelove may claim compensation.

4. Prices, taxes and duty conditions

madelove prices are shown in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax of 16% according to the Spanish Law). For delivery costs go to point 6. Orders and Shipping of the terms and conditions.

The prices are axhaustively listed on www.madelove.info, www.madelove.biz, www.madelove-babywear.com or www.madelove-shop.com. madelove reserves the right to change the prices.

In cases of deliveries of goods to areas outside the European Union the customer is exclusively and fully responsible for obeying and paying customs formalities, duties and tarifs.

5. Payments

The customer can pay only with the following creditcards:

-Visa
-Mastercard/Eurocard
-American Express

Creditcard payments are made using PayPal (please click www.paypal.com for more information). PayPal is an eBay business company. With PayPal the customers personal data is safely processed. After payment with PayPal, the customer will receive a confirmation via e-mail. In case that the customer isn´t a Paypal member yet, to sign up go to www.paypal.com and click on "Sign up".

6. Orders and shipping

Delivery costs are 5.90 € within Spain and Germany. Delivery costs are 8.90 € within the rest of the European Union.

When an order has been received by madelove, the customer will obtain a confirmation and an attached invoice.madelove strives to deliver the ordered goods within a week.

The products will be packaged in a nice packaging, designed by madelove.

Order collection by customers is not possible.

In the case of shipment damage, please ask the postman for a confirmation and send it to madelove within a week via email to: contact@madelove.info. If the delivery is delayed because of a third party, madelove won´t take any responsibility.

The customers are obliged to pay for all costs resulting from submitting a wrong delivery address. In this case the customer will need to pay for all costs originated from that matter

8. Place of delivery and jurisdiction (place of venue)

madelove will apply Spanish rights. We explicitely exclude the applicability of the United Nation Convention on Contracts.

9. Protection of trademarks/Copyright

madeloves logo, label, company name and slogans are registered as a trademark. Their application or duplication in another electronic or printed publication are not permitted without madelove´s express consent.

10. Severability clause

The legal validity of individual parts of this contract does not affect the validity of other contract components. In this case, the contract shall be interpreted accordingly.
